John Brosnan is the founder of RAÍZ and a hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience across travel, hotels, and technology.
His career has spanned hotel feasibility and development, luxury and lifestyle hospitality with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, travel and hospitality technology at Cvent, and senior commercial leadership for hotel management and ownership groups. He has led sales, marketing, and commercial performance across hotels and resorts throughout the United States, with experience spanning revenue strategy, brand development, and growth.
That experience gave John a close view of both sides of travel: an industry built around understanding and welcoming people, and a technology ecosystem that too often asks travelers to start over every time they go somewhere new.
He founded RAÍZ to build something different — an AI-powered travel companion that learns who you are, remembers how you travel, and develops a deeper understanding of you with every journey.
John holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
